Friends of Rescate is a nonprofit organization based in Mt Airy, Maryland, USA, created by the staff and vineyard crew of Black Ankle Vineyards. We are passionate about supporting the people of this town in providing a safe environment for recreational use and community gathering.

We provide direct financial support for the development and operation of a public sports and community center in Acopinalco del Peñón, Tlaxcala, Mexico. This financial support comes from the charitable donations and local area fundraisers we hold exclusively to fund Project Rescate.
